Went in because we were on day three of a phone we had gotten from cricket and already having issues with it. Explained the situation to the guy and was interrupted and simply told i could not be helped, no advice was given on how to correct our situation, and was referred to a phone place next door. He was unwilling to even try and access our account. We are normally verizon customers but it was my daughters first phone so didnt want to have to spend too much on it. He also smelled like marajuana and looked high. Absolute trash service. Will be cancell8ng service with them and just biting the bullet and adding our daughter to our verizon account.

It's not clean. They don't communicate clearly. I was charged twice within a couple days for a monthly service and after one day the service was shut off. They need a lot of training.

Don't even bother going in, at least not on Sundays. There was one agent helping another customer and another coming from the back. After an argument about being on break, I ended up waiting for the first agent and then walking out after about 15 minutes. A total waste of my time.

Came to make a payment was charged the $45 after paying with cash the guy asked me to pay a $4 fee online not so sure why if I thought that sold be included with what I paid already up front , waited an whole hour already and still havent got my Payment threw ,have to go back to make sure my payment went threw after 24 hours , very frustrating a whole hour token out of my day
