Lake Regional Urgent Care

Hours on the website, door and Facebook all say 7pm, however twice I've been sent away before 6:30 because they are closed.

DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! UPDATE 2/16 AFTER OWNER RESPONDED. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW THERE EXCUSE IS COPIED AND PASTED UNDER MY REVIEW BELOW. I have a rotator cuff issue that needs to be looked at right away and these people don't take United healthcare Community Plan which is managed care through Medicaid and they said no were so sorry.. Of course, they only cater to the well off. So now I have to waste more of the states money going to an ER where they charge about 10x the cost.. thanks so much. Urgent care should take care of anyone that needs not to serious medical help, not just to the well off that go in for a hangnail.. Just because someone falls in the low income bracket it doesn't mean there some degenerate or low life or something along that line. We all have issues of some sort, I'm low income yes however I was raised very properly and I hold an MBA so I'm not some sort of trash and do not expected to be treated like that. Go if your loaded go to the ER if you are having a tough time because as we all know the level of medical care in the country is dictated by your wealth, and that is just messed up. Shame on your greed! FROM OWNER: First we do cannot take Medicaid place because the previous own died of covid and our facility is no longer contracted. We have the lowest self pay rates in town and explain that to everyone. WOWWW, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE TO BE SAFE! THERE CLEARLY JUST TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

My ear was hurting me.I walked in on a Saturday morning and didnt have to wait long after filling out the paper work. The staff was very nice and place was nice and clean.

I am blown away by the positive experience that I had while in so much ear pain via my issue. The receptionist Sierra is one of the sweetest girls I've had the pleasure of meeting; she was always smiling, professional, and extremely pleasant. She is a rock star and I probably wouldn't have come to this facility if I hadn't spoken with her on the phone. (I'd consider giving her a raise...cough*...cough*). Yes, the wait time was a bit long but what medical office doesn't have a wait? It's a medical facility, not McDonald's. Overall, I would give this facility 10 million stars if I could; my ear pain was alleviated, and the p.a/doctor were both amazing. (Remember: not every medical condition can be fixed, discovered, or adjusted easily; as a patient from a patient please be kind to our healthcare professional teams).Thank you Lake Regional Urgent Care!
