        Horrible Service!!! They botched our auto loan!!! Nothing was filled out correctly and was even checked by a manager. We have had to fix everything with PNC corporate. DO NOT use this bank for a home or auto loan!!! We are seriously considering switching to another bank.

        while Judith is a wonderful individual, her hands are tied by the banks policies. AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE. The bank, as a corporation, fails in every aspect of customer service or considerations. They put their interest first, customer be dammed. Would not recommend.
