Buying a new home is not for the weak hearted but in spite of issues with the seller, Stacy was awesome. From the beginning she made the search a fairly pleasant experience -- she helped us find a home that met almost all of our criteria. Then, even though the corporate seller was very difficult to deal with she remained calm and collected. Stacy led us through the entire process and kept us in the loop during the entire adventure. She was very professional, was able to answer or get answers to all of our questions and give us personal guidance when making decisions. Stacy went out of her way to do things to help us through the whole process; she made this much better than we thought it would be. She is an amazing realtor but more importantly an amazing person. We highly recommend her and would use her again.

We recently downsized and bought a retirement home in Leesburg. Shannon King guided us through the process offering professional guidance in selecting a community that fulfilled our want list as well supporting us through the emotional aspects of selling our dream home and downsizing. Stacy Bracewell was very thorough, kind, honest, not pushy and eager to show us anything we wanted to look at. She was awesome and we would definitely use her again!
