I will never use anyone else except Lida for my real estate needs. Not only has she traveled almost all of Florida to find me the perfect home I was looking for at the time, but when I was ready for a new chapter in my life, she was ready!! We put my house back on the market (with almost zero improvements) and she was able to list it, show it, and sell it quickly and efficiently!! Not only that. She also got me more than I originally wanted to list it for and more than what I originally paid for it!!! She will always be the first and ONLY person I call in the future!!!

There are realtors, and then there are amazing people who become even better realtors. Thats the best way to describe Karin & Theresas team! As first time home buyers we went in blind and had an amazing team to guide us in the right direction. Arrellano Realty has provided exceptional service to my family for the last 4 years and I wouldnt skip a beat to recommend them to anyone looking at buying or selling their home.

I was fortunate to have Jorge and Nicole Coello as my real estate agents. I cannot say enough good or come close how well my experience was with them. From the first meeting with myself they explained their marketing plan with myself and they stayed exactly on course. Their warm personality, professionalism, and extreme dedication sold my home in 3 days well more than asking. There were some issues that were my responsibility but I needed help and Nicole stepped up spent 1/2 day at the court house resolve the issue. She was a real pro! Communication was the best also. I was informed constantly. Never had to call them. Thank you Jorge and Nicole for the best real estate experience Ive ever had!
