Coldwell Banker Realty - Southwest Broward

Coldwell Banker Realty provided me with an extremely disappointing first experience. My realtor failed to advocate for my interests, leaving me feeling neglected compared to others. Their unprofessional and rude behavior towards my home, which I was trying to sell, was disheartening. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by getting stuck in a contract. I urge caution when dealing with them.

We worked with Daniele who was Incredibly unprofessional while she managed the property we stayed that this past year. She would raise her voice when we would ask about issues with the property (which never seemed to end) and at one point sent an unlicensed tenant living in the apartment below us to fix our broken ac which resulted in him falling through our ceiling and now we are being charged for those damages. She told us the property would be cleaned up and that the balcony railing was going to be replaced by the time we moved in and it wasnt for over a month after signing the lease. Wouldnt comply when we requested that things be sent in emails/writing and instead preferred we called or texted and wouldnt respond to my messages because she didnt like my attitude. An attitude I wouldnt have had if she did her job correctly. When we requested she communicate something with the landlord she would always give us a difficult time which made it impossible to get any resolution with issues on the property.

Listed our home in Miami Lakes with Jennyfer Petruzzelli, got it sold in less than 48 hours, always answered our calls and was the only realtor that new the market so well. She is always enthusiastic and ready to help even outside her scope of work. Will recommend to our family and friends.
