This experience was awful normally my significant other and I go to the licking every time we are in town in Miami and the Miramar location was the worst we ever been too not only was the service bad but also the food and when we walked in there was absolutely no AC and the bathrooms were disgusting. Aries the store manager made the experience 10x worse not only did it take her 10minutes to notice we were waiting to order but her attitude was horrible then right before our food was ready to pack which was her job to do she left and drove her car to the back of the building when then a whole line was waiting to order and our food getting cold that someone else from the back had to help me. I had to go back in for some utensils that werent put in my bag as I was waiting a women in front of me was taking the order and Aries decided to stop the order to take a personal call. I have never in the food industry seen this after waiting I got my utensils and went back to the car to eat the pasta was watery which has neverrrrrr happened to us and the fries tasted stale and my shrimp had a couple peppers and onions not even close to what the other locations has served us the food is the only reason we come back! Over all will never come back to the Miramar location if I could give it zero stars I would.
