    Our company was improperly billed. The service and customer service was beyond terrible. Pretty sure their billing department is ran by a donkey. They sent us to collections for a balance that was never owed. You can't reason with them or even speak to someone. The company will probably fold in the future as I can't imagine how an organization could survive in such a manner.

    Absolute worst phone company ever. Their sales staff lied about reimbursement we would receive for canceling our former phone company's contract. Because of a wording semantics they were able to claim they would not pay for the cancellation of the old account. Poor customer service and sales staff with no honor..not the best combo for any company (Birch Communications)

    I have been with out phone service for 5 days now, I have called several times every day and not one person could give me a realistic reason why we lost service and why they can not restore it. Birch has been very good about not keeping me in the loop with what is going on or when we will be able to have our service restored. If you have a business and are in need for phone service I would do your home work with Birch. I have been extremely frustrated with their ability to tell me what I want to hear and not do what they are hired to do and that is to provide service. While I am writing this I have been on hold for 52 minutes with no end in sight to a resolution. I am watching my revenues plummet do to the fact we are a business that depends on phone service to create revenue. Could your business survive with out phone service for 5 days or more?

    A representative of Cbeyond came to my office and told me how his company would save me money. Cbeyond would speed up my internet service by putting in a T-1 line. Cbeyond would make my fax line go thru my computer so unwanted faxes wouldn't print unless I wanted them to. Cebyond would put my web site on google and other sites and with their search engine optimization I would be kept near the top. The search engine technology is what got me. I pay other companies for this service. ANYWAY ITS AL,MOST ALL BULLSHIT. True- They put in a T -1 line and in doing so caused my phones to go out for 8 days. Now I have a T-1 line and my internet gets a signal equal to what I to got before, no better because I'm told the technology in my area is antiquated. In order to use the fax service I haven to change my number to one which they own. The main thing is they have no search engine optimization. I am a small business. My bill went from $200.00 a month to $500.00. I complained. They listened and promised to help me and II never heard from them again.
