UPDATE: After posting my review, Air Supply A/c Services reached out. We discussed my grievances and they made sure to send out Jose who is probably the best A/C technician I have met. Jose went above and beyond to ensure no stone was left unturned and did not leave until the air conditioner was up and running again and running even cooler than it ever had. The company picked up the bill and still offered all the warranties associated with their work. For that, I am changing my 1-star review to a 5-Star review. Thank you again. If you don't know your stuff, they may seem good but this guy takes advantage of anyone he can. First off, I hired these guys to put a new AC unit in my home and don't get me wrong, the installers and people who work for the owner are great but the owner screws you out of anything he can. He purchased the WORST ac unit which I have had nothing but problems with from day 1. On top of that, any time it needed service, he made sure to do everything except use my warranty until it was the last and only option. The guy is a scam artist. Be sure to shop around before using this crook.

I called for a quote and was happy to learn a tech would come out to physically for a free estimate. I was also happy to speak with Samuel on the first call and not a voice box. A huge Plus! Eric & Adrian, the service techs were on time and called prior to arrival. They immediately checked both the AC and Compressor and had the office provide a final quote. Daniel, the manager kindly explained the cost of the job and we agreed to have the service done right then. The technicians quietly and quickly began to work. Meanwhile, Renny ,from the office, called to make me aware of other services they could perform in order to protect and extend the life of the unit. She never pushed anything on us but kindly answered my questions. Again, she gave me the additional quote to consider and I agreed to it. The cost was reasonable considering the scope of work to be done and the unit's age. I highly recommend Air Supply AC Services and will continue to use them for future maintenance. Everyone was polite and respectful and I hope you can consider giving them a try. I wish them the best and much success. Please keep up the good work! Thank you.
