Your worker "Maggie" is discriminatory, rude and disrespectful. She is a liability to your organization. Today, I went in, and the entire location smelled like an outhouse. Maggie is more interested in arguing with me about folding tables than ensuring the place is clean and customers are properly accommodated.

On Saturday, I arrive to the laundry. the floor was nasty, the night lady did not sweep the floor, The lady that came in the morning had to clean the floor while customers are washing.

Thank you Ani for your kindness and for your excellent willingness to help!!! They should make you manager. When I went to ask the manager for help, she answered me in a very bad way and told me that I was wasting her time. But in less than 2 minutes you solved my problem!!! Thanks Ani!!

Update since the owner wants to lie in their response: when she explained the weight to me (mentioned that its what the owner mandated and it wasnt her rule) we actually left that conversation LAUGHING so idk how I was rude to someone who was smiling with me. Anywho, this particular incident was related to you all wanting to charge me an extra pound for no reason, just greedy. This is all over less than $2 that you want to overcharge people. And yes, I give bad reviews for bad customer service and I also give GREAT reviews for great customer service (since you want to search my google reviews). Thats the whole point of Google platforms. Cant deal with people and have a tereible attitude. Original review: This used to be my go to laundromat for the past couple of years but the older lady (with the horsey hair and gap tooth) who is there who brags about training all the other girlies has the worst attitude. I normally dont get her but Ive recently been getting her. They charge anything over 0.5 as 1 pound even if you have multiple bags that are all 0.5, youll pay 1lb for each. At the same time when she tried to charge me for my hamper weight, she got upset because I asked her to remove the weight and told me it was less than $2.00 difference but the principle of the matter didnt register in her mind. If its that small of money, you shouldnt be upset that I dont want to be charged it. Anywho, searching for a new laundromat closer to my new home because I used to drive 20+ minutes to this one but the good customer service is LONG GONE.

While the laundry mat is nice. Customer service needs work. The older lady in the daytime is short of patience and very nasty. There is no room for mistakes on her shift if you mess up you loose. My first visit was in the evening with the younger girl I was satisfied, The younger girl in the evening is much more kind and patient. Be careful when purchasing from the vendor machines if you loose your money they will tell you its not theirs to call the number but the person will never answer he will tell you to text. When you text it will automatically respond not texting not received. Im big on customer service while its a pretty clean establishment and I love the system to pay with CC. Id rather go to a establishment where the customer service is is on point after all youre spending your hard earned money. One more thing the loudest TV is only entertaining the Spanish community its not in English.
