I worked many clients with Arise and really hoped it would pan out better than it did. With the last client (CB), I was promoted quickly and was still trying to like the place. The more I was promoted, the more I saw behind the scenes and I really just couldn't bring myself to keep being a part of it. So many issues including being suspended for a background check they didn't do almost a year after servicing the CB client. Just unprofessional all around, including going into a Zoom meeting only to hear a song by Dire Straights talking about this little f*got doing this and that. When I confronted the host about it, she laughed it off saying it was an old song, things were different back then. I responded by saying slavery was also a thing from the past, but you don't see me lol'ing that off. Also, after we did the security training, one of the higher ups tried micromanaging us by trying to make us fill out a Google document that we could only access on our personal devices about our activities by including secure information like call i.d. and other customer info. I asked compliance if they thought it was a good idea to take information from the secure environment to enter in a Google document, the kind of stuff we were just taught to not do in our security training, the next day we had a meeting telling us we no longer had to fill that form out. During my suspension for that background check, I got another job (actual employment making a LOT more money) and announced my departure at the end of October. I wanted to stay until the new job started in the first week of December, but by November 15th, I just couldn't do it anymore. I said my goodbyes and cancelled my SOW's. Instead of cancelling them, I got a petty response back saying they had cancelled my SOW's for breach of contract for not servicing enough hours. Mind you, the last few weeks, we SR's were limited to a laughable 13 hours per week. Fast forward to December, the day I finished my first week of (paid) training at the new job, I was informed by several that CB had pulled the plug from Arise and all CB opportunities would cease operations on December 30th. I guess I made the decision to leave at just the right time. I'm signing my new employment papers for benefits while those back at the old job are getting their walking papers.

I have recently had an unexpected experience with this company in general & is very upset about the income . I believe my issue was not thoroughly reviewed & need someone to reach out to me, immediately.

They terminated my sow for inaccurate CES scores that hadnt been updated in 2 weeks. They also sent me a VOC snapshot with someone elses name on it but my CSP Id was attached to it. My IBO created a case for me but Im still losing money and all of my hours were taken from me that were already hard to get. I put a month into this program Im servicing without being paid. I should have read the reviews before I signed up with them because they are indeed extremely accurate. Ive begin consulting with a lawyer about wrongful termination for both Home Depot and ARISE. When it comes out that they terminated my sow when my CES scores were meeting program requirements because of a glitch in their system, I most definitely will be coming for lost wages because HOME DEPOT nor ARISE honored the contract between us and thats ILLEGAL. Please read the reviews before partnering with this company. They are scamming people.

I used to love the Arise platform. But they never listened to our ideas or accommodated IBOs that had CSRs under their company. They are really designed for independent micro centers who don't plan on hiring other people. The reason why is they put your hires into the same trainings with independent IBOs which then which
end up discussing hourly wages and other private information. No matter how much you speak to them they are too bloated to accommodate. I don't recommend them anymore. Go and get your own contract with Fortune 500, 5000 and private companies. You will make more money and be working directly with these companies.
