Dale was very professional and clear about how to order a big shipment of soil. The delivery was scheduled with only 24 hours notice but arrived on time and was exactly the right mixture of 50/50. The drivers were professional and cooperative as well.

I could not find anyone in Miami who sells the concrete button half-moons to stop cars from parking on my grass. Luckily I found Tropical garden supply that has a wide variety of landscaping products. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and even loaded the heavy stones into my car. I highly recommend this establishment.

In time of need business was unwilling to assist. We experienced a loss recently in Ft Lauderdale from flood waters. Today we called Tropical a local supplier for sand, during business hours, with water rising up to our home again. Staff answered quickly that they cannot deliver nor willing to remain open for materials to be picked up in the use to protect our home. My small community believes in doors open in time of need, having a neighborly attitude and professional reputation at least. Would not recommend company, services and training SOP to serve customers correctly

Great Nursery company. Receptionist is so nice , friendly and there to help you in any situation. This company feels like family, when you need something immediately, they figure out a way to fit you in. Ill never go to another Nursery again.
