We just moved in recently and weve been happy with our new home! Elias was incredibly accommodating and warm throughout the move in and application process. The whole team has done a wonderful job and are always available to assist. Igor provided me with clarification through calls and Anthony the Service Director has been kind and efficient with helping us through any minor maintenance issues. The space is beautiful and the build is solid. I would absolutely recommend Alexan Miramar to anyone looking in this area (:

I am thrilled to share my experience with the brand-new apartment complex and the outstanding service I received from Alicia, Delia, and Elias. The apartment complex is well-maintained and has a modern feel to it. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and answered all my questions in a professional manner. The signing process was a breeze, and they even helped me with the move-in process. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to move in and excited to start my new journey in this wonderful apartment complex.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . Especially Elias & Delia, they helped us every step of the way. Its a beautiful property, new construction with a beautiful layout. Elias & Delia made our application process a breeze, they provided really good customer service. I would 100% recommend this property!
