        I dont ever write reviews but I had to come on here and give Angie a 5 stars for how she helped me with getting approved and settled into my town home. She definitely went over and beyond, and I am appreciative of her efforts. Catalina is lucky to have her . Additionally this complex is very well kept, modern and safe. I am very picky when it comes on to where I live but Im really happy I chose Catalina.

        Great floor plans and lovely living spaces. Angie & Jay in the front office are amazing & very helpful. Maintenance is also great & has a great turnaround time for any fixes.
