        Used to be amazing but has only gone downhill over the past couple of years. The increase in the cost of rent was absolutely unnecessary and the quality hasn't increased to justify it. The excuse made was "inflation" when other apartments in the area have not increased in cost NEARLY as much as here. There's been pest issues as of late, the dumpster at the front is often broken and ends up building piles of garbage bags. Definitely not worthy of being called luxury apartments or charging as much as luxury apartments. Maybe a couple of years ago, sure, but not anymore.

        I would like to acknowledge the excellent and compassionate customer service in helping my 80 year-old mother with her new apartment. The management and maintenance staff have been beyond helpful and patient with her special needs. Specifically, I would like to recognize Ms Yaniesky Vega (Property Manager), Ms Massiel Checo, and Mr Hector Revillas as top notch team members for the Windsor at Miramar organization.
