I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location of J. Jill. The two ladies who helped me were Shelby and Michelle. They were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful!!! We talked comfortably and casually. They helped me find exactly what I wanted! I came in after dinner, around 7:15 p.m., and they stayed open a few minutes past closing at 8 pm to help me checkout. I highly recommend this location and these kind ladies. The store was clean, well organized, and aesthetically pleasing. I don't understand the other reviews' complaints about the staff being unfriendly. The two ladies I met were very kind to me! I always believe in being kind to everyone and have found in most cases that if I am kind to others, they usually reciprocate. I highly recommend this store and am very grateful for the help that Shelby and Michelle gave me!!

Nice, well made clothing; pleasant, helpful employees; allow trying on clothing - then steam before rehanging unwanted items!

I love J Jill clothing and splurge when I shop. However, as other reviewers have mentioned ..the shop assistants at this store are surly, preoccupied and just downright unfriendly. So I go to Dillard's, Chico and anywhere but. Shame really.
