I do not reccomend renting from this group. I want to say that we are absolutely not pleased with this rental. We have stayed in Florida several years in a row and this has been the worst experience. We are on the top floor and had no forewarning that the elevators don't work and that the construction would limit us from parking close or walking down the hallway of our floor. We have tried to call the number sent in this email several times with no answer or return to say that we have no broom in this rental to clean up so we went out and bought our own. Its not very convenient or comfortable. The construction thats going on has beating and banging noises going on all day long, not to mention not safe for children to be around.
