Very poor - unprofessional performance from this group. The agent came across as rude and we were wasting her time after we had scheduled an appointment and traveled to the SRE offices. Never followed up in any manner after we had to offer to provide our contact information and actually write it down for her. We spent our money down on 30A with another group. Dont waste your time with SRE.
