We loved working with Diane! She was so knowledgeable and responsive during the entire ordering process. She was incredible. There was a mess-up with the color and she immediately fixed it with no problem and had it reordered faster than any other tile company we used had ordered something. We will definitely use her and this company for any future orders!

Cannot speak enough of the outstanding service! Sourced my difficult to find tile choice and had it delivered impressively quick. Diane was also communicating every step of the way. Exceeded all expectation.

Emmie at FLOORZZ was absolutely wonderful. We had our home foundation leveled and needed to repair some of our Engineered Hardwood planks. Our flooring had been discontinued at our local flooring store. Emmie was very prompt in locating the flooring we needed and responded to us via email and text. Emmie was very personable and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend FLOORZZ.

I would love to have given more stars but since I tried to buy product twice with no call back I'm giving up. I guess some customers are not good enough. Only reason for two stars is because the two girls who answered the phone were nice and accommodating . FOLLOW UP..... General manager called and left an email message . Explanation given was acceptable and would have called back to order but felt intimidated because I wanted on one box of product and if it was too costly I would not have ordered, and would have felt bad for causing fuss
