I cannot say enough good things about Jay and Servicemaster as a whole. We just moved to the area and our house flooded within a week of moving in. We were totally overwhelmed and not only was Jay comforting, but he was beyond honest. He looked at everything through the lens of a homeowner and made recommendations that made it clear that he was looking out for us. When another provider told us to rip out our kitchen cabinets, shower, and drywall, Jay recommended industrial dryers and dehumidifiers. Within an hour of our water leak, Service Master (Jay Fields) was at our home very promptly and taking care of the water leak dry out.
