Encore Nails

After 21 years in the Marine Corps, this is the most unprofessional salon that I have been to. I came in for a manicure pedicure and the young lady told me they only could do one so I waited and waited and waited and she came up to me and say, could I come back tomorrow? Unbelievable and she act like she didnt even care since I was the only African-American man there I felt like they just didnt want to do it. Thats what I get for serving my country for free unbelievable in my opinion I will give this salon a half a star R/S definitely unsatisfied customer

Had Yul start my nails. Asked her why the acrylic on my toe nails look bumpy as if it needed to be filed some more. She became bothered, removed polish, filed to perfection and it looked better. I was very appreciative. Only to find out that she told the girl at the front that she didnt feel like completing the job by doing my nails. She left me to wait for someone that was attending another client, with acetone on my nails. She has an ugly attitude. I noticed it from the beginning, but I overlooked it. Shes not friendly at all.

Awful, if I could give 0 stars I would. Sloppy, rude, and a waste of time and money.
