Recently, we visited to pick up some irrigation parts needed by one of our family members. Our family member had recently suffered from a medical condition rendering them unable to speak fluently and pick out the parts they needed. Chance went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct parts we needed to complete our task. Including, carefully walking our family member back to a safe area and letting them pick out the parts they needed without the hassle of trying to communicate. THAT is true customer service and we cannot thank him enough.
Our family member was beyond thrilled to finally be able to pick up the right parts after failing at so many other stores.
We cant say enough great things about FIS Outdoor and we highly recommend them to anyone having irrigation or landscaping needs. We look forward to our future business together!
