Shari Alberson was my Real Estate Agent when I bought / built my home in Milton FL and she was great! To say that Shari went beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. Shari took care of the all of the details and dealt with all of the folks that comes with purchasing , building, and financing a new home in a very very expedient manner. Shari immediately solved all of the problems that would invariably pop up. Shari prevented small problems from becoming big problems which resulted in NO delay(s) on closing (actually, we may have even closed early). Shari always kept me informed in real time. Shari was professional (yet down to Earth), very knowledgeable and always available to answer any of my questions & to help me if needed. I was very fortunate to have Shari Alberson for my Real Estate Agent and I will definitely use Shari for my future real estate needs.
