Been seeing Stephanie Allen for years for medication management. I can't recommend this place enough; absolutely wonderful doctor.

Stephanie Allen didnt take my condition seriously, prescribed me drugs that I did not need that didnt do anything for me, and when I called the office multiple times in need of help, I was put on hold and then ignored. Make sure you find a doctor that takes your diagnosis seriously- patients with chronic mental illnesses such as PTSD, BPD, anxiety, and depression deserve to be taken seriously and not tossed off to the wayside.

Grace is honestly one of the best Psychiatric providers I have seen. I started seeing her 3 years ago after I had my baby. She has not only really taken the time to listen to me and actually hear what I'm saying, she is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way thats easy to understand. She has 100% hands down changed my quality of life for the better and I'll forever be thankful for that. My original therapist retired and I never thought I'd find a new one that would be able to tell me when im wrong but also give me tools to use to be better in life. Then I met Hannah. I was skeptical at first because I had tried a few different therapists and we just never clicked. My first appointment with her I told her what I needed from a therapist and she has given me that & more. She takes the time to really listen to me and teaches me tools that I can use in everyday life. She's not afraid to tell me when I'm wrong but also helps me reflect and see where I can improve and I love that. Mental Health is a scary thing to alot of people and its not talked about enough. But it's SO SO SO important. The team at Santa Rosa Counseling has made such a positive impact on my mental health and I'm so thankful I came to them.

I called this place in REAL time of need and was put on hold for 18 minutes. They were supposed to call back. that NEVER happened. Called 3 more times. I finally got to speak to someone today and they can't give an appointment until MARCH (today if 2/1). I provided all my medical insurance (best insurance that exists) and they demand a CC to be on file so they can bill me $75 if I miss an appt. I don't give CC information over the phone to ANYBODY !! I'll go elsewhere. I don't need the ATTITUDE that comes with the front desk.
