Best Western Milton Inn

Check-in was easy. Lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. Great hospitality from a long trip! Highly recommend.

This place sucks. Couldn't get into our room after paying and getting the room because my mother had to pay an extra $100 and when her card didn't work they wouldn't give her a refund. Don't stay here. Noteworthy details: My mother wasn't warned ahead of time about the $100 she needed to pay. Sounds like a pretty important thing to mention.

I got a suite. Jacuzzi didnt work. Toilet took a lot of effort to get it to flush. Service was good, other than the aforementioned room was nice. Great location.

I kept finding tiny baby cockaroaches in the bathroom. Total of three, two morning in a row. The housekeeping staff was wonderful about it and sprayed the bathroom. She even offered to call the desk and change our room, but I didn't think it would be a single room issue. At least there were no bed bugs! I know we were in a humid environment, but the room had a musty, mildew oder the entire time also. We ran the ac the whole time to air it out, and I had some air freshener. That only helped a bit.My son and his wife were supposed to be across the hall, but that room smelled like vomit, so they did get a new room. That free breakfast, well, it was free. The coffee and juice were great. There was bagels, danishes, toast and hot and cold cereal. The hot items were rubbery and not good. Also, you could tell the desk staff hated that part of their job. The trash was overflowing, and they seemed grumpy and unapproachable Nearby activities: It was 5 minutes from the wedding I was in.
