Titan Sunrooms did a fantastic job on our porch extension. Colton and Jeremy were a five-star super team. We will use them again next year for our porch enclosure for sure!

Very happy with my sunroom addition, very high quality work and materials. The two gentlemen that installed my sunroom were very professional, respectful, kind and answered all the questions I had. They ensure I was informed throughout the project. I would HIGHLY recommend Titan Sunrooms to anyone looking to add a sunroom, you will not be disappointed.

Update: I appreciate the quick response from Titan after I posted this review. I heard from both the general manager and the owner, which is above and beyond what I expected! The screen is fixed and in working order. I have updated my rating accordingly. Titan did a screen patio enclosure for me in February. Once the weather got nicer and we started using the sliding screen doors, it was immediately obvious that the door did not fit into the frame. Within days, the door completely fell out of the frame. We noticed that the screen was coming out of the door as well. The salesman had talked up the warranty, so I wasn't too concerned. However, the reason for the one star is the poor service related to the warranty. I put in a service request and also called Titan. In order to get service manager Mike to come to my house, I had to make at least four phone calls. There is no voice mail for the service division. No one calls back unless you get nasty. Mike finally came out and assessed the frame as too high. He mentioned the installer was likely inexperienced (just what I wanted to hear after spending a ridiculous amount of money on the enclosure). He promised to call and come out within a week. Well it's been a week and Mike can't be reached. I'm extremely disappointed given the company has good reviews generally, but certainly don't count on any service if something goes wrong.
