Maybe a good company to install a new roof but they are VERY challenged when it comes repairs, started and stopped the job for two days then didn't show up as promised for two days then on the third day the rain kept them from working which caused a day and a half job into almost a week job. When you call to ask you get a bad attitude and false promises

"I found Freeman Roofing to be a group of very Professional & caring people. Their estimator/sales person Robert was exceptional in helping me decide on the best roof for me. It's great looking! Their crew did an excellent job installing and with cleanup. They not only tore off 2 layers of shingles but replaced 44 boards & facia all in 1 day. My family personally did not have a good experience with Freemans Roofing. Im not saying everyone will have this experience, but I want to caution others. In 2022 we booked and paid for Freemans Roofing to put a metal roof on our house. We paid the full amount and received little to no updates. We were patient and understanding and waited MONTHS. Our calls would go to voicemail and would not be returned. What calls were returned stated they had no idea when our roof would be put on. Usually when a roof needs to be put on in Florida, this isnt something you want to wait months for without knowing about beforehand. My husband patched up what he could and we continued to wait. I wrote a negative review on Google and that got the attention of Freemans Roofing. They called and said wed get 5% off BUT I had to remove my review. I said I would update my review once the roof was done and they told me that there would be hard feelings between the workers and my household and they couldnt guarantee the quality of the roof because of that. The way it was phrased sounded like theyd purposely do a bad job on my roof if I left the honest review up. I mulled it over in my head and I still have trouble making sense of it. Why would the workers, paid by the company, care about a mistake the company made? Do the roof workers routinely read Google reviews for the company they work for? Out over $10,000 and scared, I took down my review. Was the roof good? I dont have any complaints about the quality. Could a lot of the delay be because I wanted a speciality roof? Absolutely. I just want transparency from a company on if they can or cant do my roof and reasonable updates on the timeframe. What happened after left a bad taste in my mouth. Please note that there could be a lot more bad reviews that occurred that unfortunately customers have been compelled like I was to remove.
