Zero. Sent me to get root canal mid-November and finally gets around to calling back 4 months later (March 27th). They dont return calls. I went and sat two different mornings trying to get a follow up to replace the 30 day max temporary fillings and finally gave up on him two months after. I wound up going to the ER from an infection when the temporary fillings finally gave out. Worst ever least caring office that had the gull to call today saying they have an appointment available in April.

Dr Bernal & his staff are Awesome, y'all. He is SO gentle & does NOT squish your face (IF you know what I mean lol ) & He humms quietly while he works too.

Went to Dr. Bernal for about 25 years. I ground my teeth very bad & he constantly worked to keep my teeth repaired. Finally came to a point he recommended dentures as my teeth were breaking off at the gums. I can say 110% that this dentist never hurt me one time with injections before any dental work. Since acquiring a dentist to pull my teeth & prepare for dentures I just want to say I've been hurt by other dentist just getting the shots to numb my mouth that hurt so bad I've had to jerk away as my eyes leaked severely. For those who use Dr Bernal know for a fact that no dentist takes the time to move the needle around delicately injecting your anesthesia gradually with very very little pain as him. He never ever hurt me once! Something that can't be said for my dentist in Atmore Al.! Wish he was on my insurance plan now. I highly recommend him!

I went to Dr bernal for dentures. 5000$ they were I'll fitted and after one year he refused to adjust them. They were poorly made. After many phone calls to office No one would return my call . I was dropped as a patient with no warning that they no longer accepted my insurance.
