Went to pick up a togo order at the time i was told it would be ready. I was told by the hostess it wasnt ready. Okay thats fine so i take a seat & wait. For 30 minutes because i wasnt going to rush them they have other orders. After getting slightly annoyed with waiting i ask the hostess if she could check an eta for the order, after being home another 5 i she comes back & says the sushi bar never even got a ticket & so my order hadnt even been started on. After 30 minutes of waiting & watching the hostesses & waiters flirt with each other & play on their phones. They couldnt have checked that the correct team got the order the first time i asked. At that point i dont even want the food Ill just go elsewhere
