Tracy was so sweet when we called and was able to get us on the schedule very fast - saying she would call if it could be sooner. Our time window was 2-4; Travis arrived on time right at 2pm and was awesome and super efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue very quickly. Also made great suggestions to fix a separate/ongoing issue I had with air not getting up to our loft! He is also helping make the filter more accessible which is a huge bonus! A/c is already working great and we will sleep easy tonight! Highly recommend!!!!

We have used TLR for over 5 years for all our repairs. Today they installed a new unit in our house. Always happy dealing with this small business. They are always reliable, but most importantly honest. Services: A/C system maintenance, Install AC

So had this company come install a larger unit. Said they would be back to fix breaker cause it kept flipping never showed. House has been 84 everyday. Called last week said guy would be out waited around all day called last answering phone said he came but no one answered door. Funny cause we have a ring camera and no one ever came. Then lady says I have you on the schedule for Tuesday which is today. My wife takes off work to be home when they come. No one shows wife calls and they said no one ever put you on the schedule for today. We can come out Thursday. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. You would think after paying 6k for a whole new unit that is larger than previous one we could at least have anac that would keep the house under 84 this is ridiculous. Definitely will never be recommending this company to anyone. Service: A/C system repair

Thank you for the review, however it is a false review, due to the fact that we did not install a system for you. Yes, we did give you a quote for a new system back in July of 2020 the last time we were there. But we did not do the install. And when the technician came out after having to reschedule due to no one answering the door with dogs barking (he was there a good 10mins trying) the lady that called us back even said that she couldn't hear anything over the fans going. The technician did come back and advised her to call the company who did the install, due to he did not feel comfortable touching it, and to have a good day. So yes I am sorry we could not help you. And I hope she or you did call the company who installed it and that it was taking care of. We as a small business did not want to touch and be responsible for someone/another company's misstakes.. Sorry for any inconvenience you have had to go through. Thank you for the past Business!
