I hope the owner reads this review. Had an interview set up for 11am today. I received a text message and email to confirm the interview the day before and confirmed both. Arrived today for my interview early at 10:40am only to be told no one knew of the interview and the manager called out sick. Companies wonder why they cant fine any help. Here is one reason.

Though understaffed, they try their best and they should be damn well proud of themselves for it! Keeping their cool with costumers and orders on an hourly/minutely basics! I've enjoyed the drinks I've gotten there and whatever kinda doughnut they have left~ Their kind, they listen, and after the hell they go through with some people, I think a smile and a 'thank you', is all they want! (There is now a SIGN stating to BE NICE to them) that is how bad this has gotten so the least I can do is indeed, smile and say 'understood, thank you,' even if they don't have a freaken coffee choice I asked for! I CAN go home and make it myself if I so wanted it that badly then! Be! Kind!

Awful, Completely burnt. At least the iced coffee was drinkable.

Place sucks...employees always rude af even when you leave them a tip..don't even say thank you...always out of product too...
