Hi Mr. Avi,I am very sorry to hear your disappointment and frustration. Unfortunately, that's not how it happened. As a company policy, you were asked for a 60% deposit to start the job, and instead, we received 25%. In good faith, We went ahead and ordered the materials, given the rush.When we sent you the written proposal and requested the rest of the deposit, you refused to pay more money and canceled the job.We informed you that if you cancel the job, the supplier will charge us a re-stock fee due to special orders and that it be deducted from your deposit. At that point, we didn't want to continue and felt it was best for you to find someone else, but your wife keren insisted on us not leaving and promised to pay the rest of the deposit (which was never paid ). We did not disappear and we agreed to continue so we built and installed 8 new cabinets and doors with the remaining balance of the deposit given .After a few weeks, you guys were pressuring Gustavo to finish the kitchen on (1,500) budget, and again he reminded Karen that he couldn't finish because he never got paid the rest of deposit. Therefore, we decided to cease the work as stated in the contract.Mr. Avi, we are sorry things did not turn in a positive way.We are not thieves. We are hard-working people and wish things had turned out differently.
