The customer service for this company is non-existant. I have never been so frustrated. We have a blind that is one year old and has fallen off the roller. I can not get service nor anyone to return my emails or calls. You should choose Hunter Douglas instead.

Not recommended they came and measured our patio - the awning was delayed by 3 months. they took 50% in advance and 50% before delivery - total $8000 plus. they came to install and say it can't be installed as it is heavy. the lady Coralis Ramiej who booked the order refuses to come on line and says she can't do anything, she is texting back nut won't pick up phone - goes to say about there service I am trying to reach the owner but to no avail. No one should use them before properly checking what they offer and the product - the sales person like Coralis Ramirez are all interested in Commission and will say anything to make the sale 8th Dec 2020

La experiencia con Bandalux fue muy horrible. Hera vendedora de sus productos y usaba un Instalador recomendado por Nina. Instale en un edificio todas las muestras y luego Bandalux no quisieron trabajar con migo en los precios. Me pidieron cual era el lugar y se fueron por detrs de mi para Cojer el contrat que yo haba conseguido sin dejarme saber nada.
