I met with Andres and the process went smooth with no headaches. Ultimate Shades has the proper insurance required to operate inside Lux condos. From the time that I met with Andres to the time they installed the shades, it took less than a month. I can summarize it in 3 steps. 1-) Andres comes and helps you select the type of shades, colors and equipment they offer. 2-) A week later, they come to take measurements (it takes about 15 min). 3-)in less than a month, they come and install the shades. It was a s simple as this and no unexpected problems. Really straight forward.

Just had a triple set of motorized blinds installed from Ultimate Shades. The process was a breeze. Someone showed up to take measurements, then a week later the blinds were installed. Ultimate Shades has the proper insurance to gain access into a high rise condo. The finished product is seamlessly tucked into the floor to ceiling windows opening. They work perfectly with the remote control.
