Teba is an excellent teacher. She makes everything so accessible and easy to follow. Her grasp and depth of anatomy is truly inspiring. I have to say, for the last couple of years I have definitely experienced a bit of massage burn out and I felt stale in my work after 18 years. I was considering retiring from massage all together. Teba seriously reignited my passion for why I do what I do. I was feeling like I didnt know the body anymore. Like all the muscles, systems, and skeletal structures had become an afterthought. I was just rubbing away, day after day and as long as my clients left happy and felt better at the end than when they arrived, everything was fine. After spending just a day with Teba , I swear, my neurons were firing and I was like, Hey, I know a lot of stuff. I just hadnt been tapping into all that juicy anatomy stuff for longer than I care to admit. She woke me up! I was sleeping through my work, not literally, but I think you know what I mean. Today was my first official work day at Thistle and I definitely had new job jitters but a funny thing happened. I ENJOYED my work today. That hasnt been the case for a while. I felt like I had 3D glasses on and I was seeing every muscle I touched while I was working. I saw muscle groups and origins and insertions and tendons and could not stop thinking about the fascia lines! I was so enmeshed in the work that I kept almost going over my time. Teba did that! So all that being said, I just cant thank Teba enough. I look forward to working at Wild Flower and I hope we get to have more trainings with you. You are beautiful inside and out! Thank you!!
