One star is a lot!!! I decided to go to this place after seeing results in a friend, it was the worst decision I ever made. After a month of using Semaglutide based on Clay's instructions I had lost only 2 pounds, I decided to give it another chance, went to my second appointment and he said that I need it to do blood work and gave me a long list of the type of blood work needed to deep look into my hormones. After I did my blood work and sent it to Klay by email, 2 months passed by and he never replied to my email. By the time of my third refill a lady called me to remind me about it so she can "sell it" over the phone, after I expressed my frustration she just said: oh ok (no empathy towards my situation or anything). 2 weeks passed by and I decided to go there to see if they would do something, Clay gave a very "casual" and cold apology for not answering my email in a timely fashion and then he said: well maybe you are one of the seven patients out of 300 that didn't have results. I will never go back to this place that doesn't care about me or my results. Last month I decided to go to another place and they were so professional and caring, they even gave me a diet, water intake and exercise routine... After 2 months I have lost 6 pounds and they even chat with me via text on a weekly basis to see how my process is going. I am so happy that I found a place that cares about me. Ah... and half of the high price Biocell charges!
