One star is a lot!!!
I decided to go to this place after seeing results in a friend, it was the worst decision I ever made.
After a month of using Semaglutide based on Clay's instructions I had lost only 2 pounds, I decided to give it another chance, went to my second appointment and he said that I need it to do blood work and gave me a long list of the type of blood work needed to deep look into my hormones.
After I did my blood work and sent it to Klay by email, 2 months passed by and he never replied to my email.
By the time of my third refill a lady called me to remind me about it so she can "sell it" over the phone, after I expressed my frustration she just said: oh ok (no empathy towards my situation or anything).
2 weeks passed by and I decided to go there to see if they would do something, Clay gave a very "casual" and cold apology for not answering my email in a timely fashion and then he said: well maybe you are one of the seven patients out of 300 that didn't have results.
I will never go back to this place that doesn't care about me or my results.
Last month I decided to go to another place and they were so professional and caring, they even gave me a diet, water intake and exercise routine... After 2 months I have lost 6 pounds and they even chat with me via text on a weekly basis to see how my process is going. I am so happy that I found a place that cares about me. Ah... and half of the high price Biocell charges!
Do yourself favor and don't ever go to this place!!

Oh...and half the high price Biocell charges! Do yourself a favor and never go to this place!
