Apollo Export Warehouse

Picking up a load for a cruise ship@ port of Seattle from the 80th st warehouse suite 107. They require you to drop your trailer and it takes all day possibly more! Arrived at 11am was told they close at 4:30 came back at 4pm and then was told come back in 2 hours ( no they aren't closing at 4:30) caught them taking my trailer somewhere??? They dropped it then told twice that my paperwork would be 20 minutes ( that's 40 total) 6pm still waiting for paperwork!

Arrived early, got door right away, had to wait for receiving to arrive but was unloaded fast. Tight entrance only reason for 4 starts instead of 5

Delivered a load there, accepted it early, unloaded super fast, everyone in the team there was extremely friendly and helpful! awesome place to deliver, thank you very much muchas gracias senoras y senores! it can be a little tight to back i the docks.

I have a family member that works for the company. He is always complaining about how the work is handled. The supervisors at the warehouse are very unprofessional. They treat all the employees very badly and are always yelling at them. They take advantage of the fact that most of them have only been in the country for a short time. Employees are afraid to go to human resources for fear of being fired from work. My family member is already looking for another job.
