Well theres no words to show my appreciation to Jay Foster. A year ago I was a miserable person wishing to die and end the misery that I was dealing with for over a year. I was diagnosed with clinical depression back in 2021. And I tried different ways to fight it naturally, exercising, trying to eat the right protein, occupying my mind in different hobbies, traveling and nothing seemed to work. I got to the point where I decided to take the antidepressants (which I never did) knowing that I might never be able to stop them, but my desperation was just to the extreme. I met Jay by chance. It happened that I was trying to get a specific magnesium and The Body Chemistry was one of the two companies that carry it. After I placed the order with Jessica, his assistant, Jay called me back after couple of days because he thought I wanted to do the program. Im so grateful and thankful to God for letting me cross paths with this great man that gave me a whole free consultation.and advise me what to do to relief my misery. After 2 or 3 weeks of following his advices I started feeling some change. Then I decided to join his program and I am not going to say it happened overnight, but with discipline, faith, supplements and all his amazing knowledge I can say today I am back to a normal human being admiring the beauty of every morning. Theres a lot of misunderstanding and ignorance when it comes to depression. A lot of people (including family) are just good to point fingers, judge and they think depression Is all in our minds and it is just a matter of being positive to overcome it. Depression is a real illness just like a diabetes or cancer and if let untreated can lead to a fatal end. High blood pressure and high cholesterol runs in my family. At age 61 nothing was working for me. Spoke to Jay Foster who is the best expert to speak to for nutritional guidance was my salvation. I have been a client of Jay Foster for almost 20 years. When I first came to him my right arm would not work, it was limp, had barely any use, and was very painful. Doctors and Specialists could not figure out what was wrong with me. I was recommended by a stranger to go see Jay Foster. They did blood tests and Mineral Analysis and saw what my body needed. The test also showed I had a blood sugar imbalance. Going to him resolved many health issues that I had and even prevented future ones from arising. One of my biggest issues was that I was very weak to the cold. Especially my fingers and toes. Now I can handle the cold better than my co-workers
