Dr. Bogdanski is the most amazing vet! I take all three of my dogs there to see him, and have been a client for nearly two decades. Every experience has been great. Dr. Bo is the kindest, honest, and most experienced veterinarian out there. While I've been a long-time client of Dr. Bo and this practice, I wanted to write this review now because of a recent experience. My frenchie Bandit was attacked by a neighbors dog. His little paw was shredded. Dr. Bo took us in right away, immediately addressed his paw with surgery to fix the damage. To say I was distraught is an understatement. Bandit is my fur baby. Dr. Bo was so compassionate. Giving me tissues as I cried in his office, saying kind words to help calm me in this time of panic and worry. In the last couple weeks coming into the office for bandage changes the entire staff was so kind and friendly. It was so nice walking in and hearing Hi Bandit!. We finally got the sutures removed this week and his paw looks perfect! I am amazed at how well it healed considering the damage the other dog did. And while it did cost me to get everything fixed, the prices were extremely reasonable compared to emergency vets and other vet hospitals. Through this entire ordeal, Dr. Bo was there for me and my Bandit. And I can't thank him and his staff enough for everything he did to help my little man. He is the BEST!

As a human doctor, I say, I would not come here for care for your rabbit. The vet is incredibly rude, has previously misdiagnosed my rabbit, appears genuinely unsure about the anatomy of bunnies, and overall just is not nice. Specifically I am talking about Dr. Bogdansky. I see another vet normally who is very experienced with rabbits, but this vet happens to be open on the weekends so sometimes I have to rely on them in emergencies. This weekend my bunny with dental malocclusion chipped a tooth, it is clearly painful, but not an emergency as we have a visit planned for him this next week. However, he needs meloxicam, an nsaid used for bunnies. This vet office has seen my bunny before, they know he has malocclusion, still refused to write me for meloxicam because they havent seen your rabbit for that before. Incredibly cruel. On a personal note, the vet at this office is difficult to speak with. Is a poor listener who frequently interrupts and is not gentle at all with animals. Do not go here. This vet needs to get his act together. At least make it seem like you care about animals.

I had a terrible experience with this rabbit vet. Not only were they completely inconsiderate of my animal's pain, but they also mishandled my pet and were incredibly condescending throughout the entire visit. It was clear that they lacked empathy and didn't care about providing proper care.

It's incredible that just so the doctor can see if your pet can be saved or not, they charge you $85 for the emergency plus $75 for the consultation without worrying about your pet's life, and that's just for the doctor to look at you. If you are going to do something to your pet, start the sum of what you are going to do to it. That is not professional. I am very disappointed in that clinic since I have to watch my pet cry for 5 hours until he rests in peace. I am ashamed that they have no humanity with him. The animals do not only see the money and it is logical in other clinics they charge me 75 and they automatically tell me they look at the dog and have helped me but here they did not even have the decency to come out the doctor to see if my pet could be saved or not

I could not be happier with the service at this hospital! A big shoutout and special thanks to Dr. Naya who took his time evaluating my dog and for answering all of my questions. He knew exactly what was causing my dogs symptoms and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!
