Staff was very friendly, very accommodating, we did not feel pressured to do anything they felt was not necessary. MRI imagery and surgery are treated as a last resort for our case and we are taking the doctors advice to medicate and treat with rest before committing to anything drastic. People in frantic states with a loved pet can easily be taken advantage of and we did not feel this from this team. So far we are very pleased and hopeful for our doggy

I AM BEYOND THRILLED WITH THE STAFF AT SVEN!! In all of my forty years of being a dog mom, I have never felt so comfortable and immediately had my tensions eased as I did at SVEN. The phone calls to book my appointments were fabulous and easy to navigate. Walking into the office, I was greated with 10 huge smiles and a lot of love. The energy in the building is amazing too! Dr Kornberg was absolutely the best in the biz - no contest. Taylor and Stephanie and Kara and all of the nurses that helped keep my pup comfy - top notch! I will always recommend you guys. ALWAYS. The entire SEVN team is the epitome of "giving the extra mile". Not only they're a team of top-notch professionals, but they're also incredibly kind, understanding, and are willing to answer and questions pet parents could have, any time of the day. EMERGENCY CALLS: I called them desperate in the middle of the night, and they took care of me and my dog in a matter of minutes. INSURANCE: They also have a very close relations with most common pet insurances, so I was able to prioritize my dog's care and they took over the Conversation with my insurance (Trupanion). POST-OP CARE AND QUESTIONS: They went over my dog's post-op surgery care in great detail, and they answer and questions I might have, no matter how big or small, any time of the day (literally). Overall, I can confidently say that this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with medical professionals (both human and animal).
