        Dr. Saladin Cooper was more than 1 hr. late for my appt. and no one knew where he was. He didnt even do an ultrasound at 10 weeks pregnant and my first visit. He ordered some blood test and since his assistant wasnt able to get my vein they sent me to the lab. I got there 2 hrs. after my original appt. and was seen 30 min after my walk in was scheduled the lab lady burst my vein after 5 tubs of blood my hand turned purple no blood was coming out and the blood started coagulating they lady started moving the needle and it came out. I passed out, they didnt have a bed for me not water anywhere to give me. They told me I could call 911 if I wanted to be treated even though I was already at the hospital. For last they ruined my gender reveal party since they sent me te results mixed with other results. They never asked me if I wanted to know the sex or how I wanted to found out. I had to cancel the whole party since I found out. Extremely disappointed.

        My partner had to have emergency surgery at this hospital. He had incredible service. His doctor, Mr. Carolina Jimenez MD, and his team were very professional. The operation was very successful, since its release on March 5, he has had two follow-ups by telephone. I would like to thank the staff on the 9th floor, particularly 3 nurses who have their hearts in their hands, you made all the difference to our stay. Unfortunately I didn't remember your name. They will surely recognize that you took care of my partner and also of me who accompanied him.

        Ive unfortunately been to my fair share of hospitals and while none of them are perfect, this is one of the best Ive been to. I had to come here multiple times over the course of 4 months due to serious illness. And looking at the comments it seems like I got lucky, because I never had billing issues and everyone was always extremely kind and helpful, even when severely overstaffed and at capacity.
