Tutor Doctor Ponte Vedra Beach

Not happy at all. My daughter got tutored one time and the tutor didnt know what she was doing with the subject. Kept telling my daughter I dont know if that is correct. When you pay for tutoring the tutor is supposed to know what they are doing. Then I called to see about getting another tutor they said no try this one again and then my daughter after the first time asked to get a refund and they didnt do it. Then I texted the manger Stacy and she said she spoke to the owner and tha owner said she can do it. Now this has been over three weeks and I havent gotten a call back from anyone or a text message or email and still waiting on a refund. Not a way to do business. Be careful when using this place.

I was very impressed with The Tutor Doctor. My son was failing one of his classes and when I called for help they responded immediately. A full interview and assessment were completed to determine his needs. The instructor they placed with him was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping him. My son went from a 50% and ended the semester with a 73%! We will be using them next semester as well.

Tutor Doctor has been a dream come true for my son. He looks forward to his sessions and his confidence and excitement with learning has increased. The staff and tutors are great and communication is perfect! Would highly recommend.

The Tutor Doctor is a hidden jewel that has truly helped me to understand my daughters area of weakness. Not only identified weakness but also challenges and provide confidence to my daughter. Dana (tutor) is such a wonderful asset to The Tutor Doctor with her amazing skill sets and background knowledge of education. Dana has given me so many tips on how teachers think, breaking down grades and assessments. I am forever grateful to have the Tutor Doctor servicing my daughter.

My son's tutor Dr. Brown is awesome!! His approach to teaching is just what my son needed to help him grasp key concepts needed to be successful in 4th grade. I would highly recommend Tutor Doctor to anyone who has a child that is struggling with school.
