Had a nice experience working with Mary C and National Express Auto Transport. My car arrived safe and sound as promised. I took off one star because the driver who showed up wasnt aware of some of the things Mary advised me of (that he was supposed to take cash with him at time of pickup) and also a $75 port fee was added AFTER my car had already shipped (no choice but to accept it I guess). Overall, very happy with their service and I do recommend them.

Charged my card $477 and I did not use their service. Did not schedule or book a pickup of vehicle. Website stated no charge until service scheduled. Customer service telling me non-refundable. Be careful if considering using this company. This is no way to do business and is unacceptable!!!!

The car was not delivered on time as I was told. The driver took the car to the wrong location. I couldn't communicate with the driver, who only spoke Russian and I couldn't get a hold of anybody until the next day. The next day I was told that I misunderstood the driver . I would not be using them again.
