My name is V.R. resident of Lake Wales, Florida. The Alivi Ride driver name Mr. J. Torres is very responsible, respectful, kind, humble honest and perfect timing when he pick me up to my doctor appointment. I want to suggest Alivi Ride Transportation staff's this can the patient person can stay with the same driver for a future appointments. Because Mr. J Torres lives in Lake Wales too and it's easy for him to pick me up. We both live in Lake Wales too.

Alivi is the one of major brokers of the transportation business and as someone that did business with them for the last four years they are unfair,injustice,and most important unorganized. These people are not here to help small businesses thrive they take bribes from other providers and basically build them up because they are being compensated. Another thing I would like to add is they hire unprofessional people to roles that are very vital for them and providers. This just the cream of the crop Id write more but I dont have time and the patience to write more with out offending these people please read this and BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE

We currently use Alivi to transport 11 of our Adult Day Care members on a daily basis. Milagro has been our point of cantact and has made my life much easier buy providing outstanding service and support. Keep up the good work!
