AutoStar Transport really made the process easy and worry-free for me. The driver David, was very helpful and was always available for any of my phone calls. David provided accurate updates from time of pickup to delivery. They can still transport car if running or not because they have equipment and knowledge to do so. Car arrived in great shape and all added contents in back seat made it here too. I can confidently recommend this company for any transport needs!

Stay far away from this company, We have 15 dealerships in our dealership group in Southern California. Ive never experienced a fiasco like this on any car shipped been doing this for 20 years. The owner needs to know what their Employees are doing. And youre welcome to call me because when I asked for the owner, they laughed at me I placed two vehicles on a transport board, which Ive done for 20 years Maria called me Ill see that again one of your employees called me to solicit my business I said clearly I wanted a normal truck not a pick up truck with a fifth wheel. Plus, I needed it enclosed I stated over and over again no fifth wheel. I had problems with them recently. What did she send a pick up truck with the trailer? These are customers Ive been dealing with for 10 years that spent millions of dollars with me The driver goes to my clients door at 3 AM in the morning Gets his truck stuck in the yard and tears up my clients neighbors yard So the neighbors screaming literally at him his wifes on the phone with me upset with me I called one of your managers for them to taunt me and mock me Because Im upset Telling me we dont do refunds Then the driver calls me and wants to drop off at my dealership at midnight The funny thing is, Im so flexible. I dont even care at this point but the driver cant speak English. Hes using a translator on his phone. But Im trying to explain to my guy to get the kids to bed first and go home and they come back and reopen the dealership. I dont know what his translator said but he starts going nuts. This is insane way to do business it really is. Ill be firing some people before you get sued honestly is one business owner to the other trust me If any of my employees acting like the three people I talk to They wouldve been gone yesterday Never trust employees in antagonize customers I trained my employees for conflict resolution. Yes I deal with upset customers too but I dont antagonize them. Especially when its my fault, especially when its my fault You did not deliver what you promised me Then, when I was upset because you lied, you ridiculed and turned my frustration back on me You make me look ridiculous in front of 10 year old customers that purchase half a dozen cars a year from me And then, when I get upset, you ridicule me and call me names

Horrible service. I payed the down payment and couldnt reach anyone for a week after. My car was supposed to get picked up on the 26th of December, its now January 3rd and theyre asking for $1000 more to pick it up today. Terrible company.

Really happy with AutoStar, and Valerie, my assigned account manager. She was responsive and helpful (and speaks fluent English). She was able to set me up with an expeditor to help me get all necessary documents to ship the car from PR back to the States (highly recommend this.). Drop off of the car was very easy, and the vehicle arrived safe and sound. Thank you!
