There comes a time in your life that you start questioning your past experiences, and your future path. You can call it; (Midlife crisis). I was lucky enough to find Haleh . She has help me to find who I was deep within all my facade; my weaknesses and strengths. I thought at the age of 45 i already knew who i was! There are many layers to who we are! I certainly didn't know traits about myself until we had serious conversations through The ULT assessment. It helped me open my eyes to a possibility of being a better person, mother and a partner! She has provided me with useful tools and practices to better myself everyday. It's going to be a long journey but I'm excited and grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her.
