So happy!! I went to browse by Jess at the end of October for my powder, brow procedure. Jess and the staff were extremely professional as well as knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and beautiful. Just took the time to ask me what I preferred and took into account that I wanted a very natural look. She spent a good amount of time mapping out my brows. She is very gentle, and takes the time to explain all the process while she is working on your brows. There was very, very little discomfort only the first few minutes and then once she puts the numbing cream, I didnt feel a thing. Once she was finished, she gave me a very detailed explanation of how to care for my brows for the next two or three weeks as they healed, and a nice reference, guide and moisturizing cream to use during the healing. Its important to follow those steps carefully to avoid any infection, and my brows healed perfectly with very very minimal scabbing and since I actually have hair, I never saw them disappear, thankfully . Fast forward to the first week of January I went for my touchup, and the experience was equally the same. Just took the time to speak to me about how my healing went and made some minor adjustments especially since I have a stubborn area that had a scar from when I was a child that was, especially why I wanted to do this process, and Jess was ever able to cover my scar on my right, die perfectly like it was never there, and I am beyond pleased with the results. I highly recommend brows by Jess. Im so excited to go into 2023, with my new brows, and not having to fuss over penciling them in every single morning anymore, it may sound crazy to some people but to me this is life-changing. I am definitely looking forward to going back soon for other treatments like the lash lift and tattoo services that she provides. Thank you, Jess!!
