Montce Swim - Miami Design District

Really bad customer service & super bad quality. bought a bikini - high price - used it only once & the fabric had a lot of marks, cant keep using it like that & when I tried to have a solution with them, they told me that I sat somewhere & they cant help me. Super angry, i paid around $160 for a bikini that i only use once since quality is the worst i ve ever seen.

I live and work in South Beach, I dont come to the Design District often. But, my sister who is visiting from LA told me she wanted to check out this store since she has been following them for a while in Instagram. Im glad she did because I fell in love with the bathing suits and the salespeople! Right away upon arrival I was offered something to drink, and I got a Perrier waterwhich made me feel like a VIP! Its a totally different retail experience for sure, all 3 saleswomen there were so nice and polite, my sister got a beautiful two piece and I got this cutest crystal and gold thin choker. I will definitely be back there to shop for more bathing suits soon!

AMAZING service, and incredible quality bikinis. They had almost no sizes available (lots of XS and XL though) and mismatched pieces. I checked online and same problem barely any sizes available.
