Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

First I had to chase this place down to finally come to my house to change a pool filter and a small valve. They missed the first appointment, had to call and then reschedule. Made me miss two days off of work. Then they missed the appointment AGAIN and hand to reschedule and miss a THIRD day off of work. They promised me a discount and never gave it. Then I ask for them to give me a price quote on replacing my pool light, they tell me someone is going to call me on a specific day, they never called. Then they finally call randomly to offer me an appointment more than a week later to just LOOK at my pool light. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an 11 to 1pm window. At 1 pm I called to ask where the tech is. They tell me someone will call me back. At 2 pm I call them after receiving no call back. They tell me that they called me back at 1:04pm ( witch I have no missed calls ) and could not get a hold of me so they considered it a no show. How am I a NO SHOW 4 minutes later. Then I asked if they left a message because if they did I would give them the benefit of the doubt. They tell me that they could not leave me a message. After wasting 3 hours of my time and canceling on me they did even try to apologize for the inconvenience. Then try to reschedule me for another 11 to 1 window. How can I trust them to show up at all much less on time. Personally I believe they were running late and bummed me off the schedule not to be late any where else.

Super impressed with their plumbing selection of fittings and all for Pools. Usually these are hard to find, good reliable parts at a home improvement store but they have them all.
