Dr. Michael Stefan, MD: Nip Tuck Aesthetics

This is THE most unprofessional place I've ever been. ESPECIALLY when they're doing surgery on you. My pre op was at 9am which I was right on time with 30 other people in the waiting room with the same appointment as me. I waited 5 HOURS. Not exaggerating. One lady was having pre-op and surgery SAME DAY. Actually, I was there so long...I saw her getting wheeled out after her procedure. Dr. Stephan my surgeon was so rude and was trying really hard not to laugh when I had to lift up my shirt. It was extremely awkward and I felt very uncomfortable. Before I even left to Florida I asked them if I could make payments. They said YES. I paid them $500 down in 2 weeks and they wouldn't give it back to me even though I didn't get ANYTHING done. I made a dispute. It was so sketchy there, my entire family was so happy I didn't go. I talked to another surgeon and she said I should have RAN far away from there as I could after having me and everyone else wait for hours. Don't go here...plus every one is extremely rude.

Les contaré mi experiencía.. yo estaba supuesta a tener una cirugía programada Para los primeros días de noviembre.. resulta que unas de las cordinadoras de esta clínica NipTuck aesthetic me recomendó una casa de cuidado .. yo pague $800 dls para apartar el lugar ... después resultó que esa casa de cuidado se desapareció... me estafaron $800 dls. No pude hacerme la cirugía por que no tenia en donde quedarme .. tuve que cancelar la cirugía..: y los de la clínica ya tampoco me regresaron mis $250 dls .... hay algo raro ahí

I had a great experience here, I have issues with BP and the Anesthesiologist there I think his name is Paul he was wonderful he reassured me of everything and made me feel comfortable and safe!! Dr Stefan did a wonderful job on me.. i love my result, however he could have been more friendly, he appeared to be in a rush not a lot of individualized attention (I'm spoiled) so i might just be being extra lol, he is a wonderful Dr and does a great job, the coordinator i had as far as booking and payments Daimy I loved her she was friendly and answered all my questions. If you're thinking about having surgery here,,,,DO IT!!!!
